Normally a week in advance helps us in organizing as several functions may be happening at once, however we will try to accomodate with shorter notice.
When staff have completed thier shift the client is sent an invoice, please note there is a one hour transportation fee.
Yes all cooks are individual contractors and have thier own tools.
